Authors Guideline

The Tech-Sphere Journal for Agricultural Research and Innovation (TSJARI) provides comprehensive author guidelines to help authors prepare and submit their manuscripts for publication. The guidelines cover various aspects of manuscript preparation, including formatting, structure, language, and style. The following are some of the key points included in the author guidelines for TSJARI:

  1. Manuscript preparation: Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format, using a standard font (such as Times New Roman or Arial) and font size (12 points). The manuscript should be double-spaced and include page numbers and line numbers.
  2. Manuscript structure: Manuscripts should be structured in the following order: title page, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusions, acknowledgments, and references. The title page should include the title of the manuscript, the names and affiliations of the authors, and the corresponding author's contact information.
  3. Language and style: Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English, using active voice and third-person perspective. Technical terms and abbreviations should be defined at their first use. The manuscript should be organized into clear and logical sections, with appropriate headings and subheadings.
  4. Figures and tables: Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and should include clear and concise captions. Figures should be submitted in high-resolution format (at least 300 dpi) and should be in TIFF, JPEG, or EPS format. Tables should be submitted in Microsoft Word or Excel format.
  5. Manuscript submission: Manuscripts should be submitted through the online submission system of TSJARI. Authors are required to create an account and follow the instructions provided in the system. The manuscript should be submitted in a single file, along with any figures and tables.
  6. Copyright and licensing: Authors are required to transfer the copyright of their manuscript to TSJARI upon acceptance for publication. The journal provides open access to all articles, under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
  7. Ethics and malpractice: TSJARI follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and expects authors to adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct. Manuscripts should be original and should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification of data are considered serious ethical violations and will result in rejection of the manuscript.
  8. Review process: Manuscripts submitted to TSJARI undergo a rigorous peer review process. The review process is double-blind, meaning that the identities of the authors and reviewers are kept confidential from each other. The editorial team makes a decision on whether to accept, reject, or request revisions to the manuscript based on the reviews received.

TSJARI encourages authors to carefully read and follow the author guidelines provided by the journal to ensure that their manuscripts meet the journal's quality standards and are suitable for publication.
